Team Snax have been crowned the winners of GoodGame1 Valorant Weekend Wars after they beat Team Mili at the finals. Team Snax had a rough start and came back from behind to seal the championship. Team Snax and its players Snax, Meow16K, XTZ, Rexy, tryst and Kamlijeet will receive Rs. 1,60,000 for winning the tournament. Team Mili and its players Mili, ayaNq, DEATHMAKER, Aurum, Mili and iMazik will receive Rs. 80,000. DEATHMAKER also won the event’s Survivor of The Tournament award and will be taking home Rs. 20,000.
About GG1 Valorant Weekend Wars
The Valorant team lost in the earlier rounds during their defense on Ascent, and it was Team Mili who was looking like the champions of the tournament. But after going down 6-1, Snax managed to win five rounds back-to-back. At half-time, both teams were tied 6-6 and it was set to be anyone’s game. After the half-time mark, Team Snax managed to win seven rounds in a row to the victory in the first match.
Eight Content Creators from India, including Mili kya Mili, RonaK, Psy Gaming, Snax Gaming, Ankkita C, HydraFlick, Sikhwarrior and Mavi were chosen as captains for the Valorant event. The personalities got to choose their players to compete for the event. The first round was held between 8th to 10th December and the finals were held the past weekend. The total prize pool of the Valorant event was 3 lakh INR with half of the prize money being in cash and the rest being via in-game currency in Free Fire.

The event also hosted a Call of Duty: Mobile and Fortnite tournament yesterday. Next weekend, the finals of a CS: GO, Rainbow Six: Siege and Free Fire tournament will also be hosted between December 18-20. The Weekend Wars is an event for gamers in India that features content creators and players under the same roof. Anyone can sign up for the event and compete in games like Valorant, Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, Siege, Free Fire, and more. December 11-13 was just the first wing of tournaments, and all champions will be crowned by this weekend. The total prize pool of the event is Rs. 11,50,000.
