  • They will now face Neon Esports/BOOM Esports in the next match.

After one of the worst group stage runs in their history, TNC Predator looks like they’ve finally managed to steady the ship in the playoffs of the BTS Pro Series 2: Southeast Asia. In an intense battle for survival, TNC Predator managed to beat T1 2-0 in their match in the lower brackets of the BTS Pro Series 2: Southeast Asia tournament.

With the release of the new patch on the horizon, a decent placing for TNC Predator in this tournament could help set them up to make their resurgence in the SEA region.

TNC Predator vs T1

TNC Predator wiped the floor clean with T1 in what was quite a one-sided series. Gabbi’s Spectre was unstoppable in game 1, especially after a solid laning phase.

In the second game, TNC Predator brought out picks like Gabbi’s Phantom Assassin, Armel’s Puck and of course TIMS’ Pangolier to sweep aside their opponents. Despite both T1 cores having decent farm, they simply couldn’t withstand the overwhelming amount of teamfight that TNC offered and conceded the second game as well.

This now means that TNC Predator will face either BOOM Esports or Neon Esports in an elimination match later tomorrow at 06:00 PM SGT.

Unfortunately, this is the end of the road for T1 who had a relatively successful run in the group stages where they managed to tie series against teams like TNC Predator, Adroit and Geek Fam.
