Earlier yesterday, Virtus.Pro’s new sister team VP.Prodigy competed against Dendi’s B8 Esports in the StayHome Challenge in the Group Stages. They were easily able to beat B8 Esports in two sub-30 minute games to move on to the winner’s final in their Group.

Both games were relatively straightforward stomps in the favour of VP Prodigy. The team will now face OG.Seed in the next round. After the win, the team’s midlaner Rostislav "fn" Lozovoi gave a comment to Cybersport about this match.

Fn's Comments

Q: Is your easy victory over B8 a mistake on the part of your opponent or are you already ready to take out the Tier 2 teams in the CIS region?

Fn: Let them judge me, but I will tell you how it is - this is definitely not a Tier 2 team. I can`t say that we played well. We had enough problems to solve, including from my side. I think that the match with OG Seed will be more revealing.

Oof… That’s just cold from Fn.

B8 Esports was later eliminated from the tournament after a 2-1 loss to Cyber Legacy in the loser’s match of their group.
