Southeast Asian veteran Mark Anthony “Champi” Gappi has passed away. The former Wrath of Olympus support player reportedly passed away earlier this week with the exact cause of death not known to the public yet.

Being only 26 years old, it was unexpected news for family, friends and fans, who are all in shock about his passing.

Champi was one of the best Support players of his era, dominating the Filipino Dota 1 scene with the Wrath of Olympus team. Some of his finest moments were winning the TNC Cup and when he was nominated for being the support of the year by Mineski in 2015.

Community members and players have already expressed their condolences and their grief.

We too offer our condolences to the family and friends of Champi. May he rest in peace.
