Although BOOM Esports got off to a strong start to the series by winning Game 1 thanks to scintillating performance from Mikoto on the Void Spirit, they ultimately faltered in Game 2 and 3 as the team simply failed to Dream’s Morphling performances.

BOOM Esports vs Alliance

Once again, strong laning saw BOOM Esports hold their own against Alliance for the first 2/3rds of the game. However a Rapier on Nikobaby’s Troll Warlord turned out to be the factor that allowed Alliance to secure a Game 1 victory.

Game 2 was not even close, as the European team styled on the Indonesians to grab the win in just over 20 minutes.

BOOM Esports will now walk home with 90 DPC Points which puts them in 26th place in the DPC rankings. The team needs to deliver in the 4th and 5th set of Majors/Minors to stand a chance to grab an invite to TI.
