One of China’s most successful players, Xu "fy" Linsen has reportedly left LGD Gaming after failing to make it to the China Qualifiers for the Majors, two times in a row. This was reported by VPEsports who have stated that TI5 Runner-up Sun "Agressif" Zheng leaked this information on stream.

While the LGD Gaming management has not released any information on this matter, the Chinese Dota 2 community have been speculating about what this means for the team.

Whatever the outcome, this has the potential to have massive repercussions across the Chinese Dota 2 scene. Fy has been part of LGD Gaming since September 2017. He is also the captain of the team. If he departs, LGD Gaming will have a hard time replicating their impressive runs at the previous two TIs.
