GabeN responded to a Random Fan and Made his Day!

Over the last few months, many Dota 2 players have been writing to Gabe Newell, who owns Valve Software, through his personal email. GabeN himself requested this with his announcer pack, asking people to mail him at GabeN@valvesoftware.com and talk to him about his rampage.

Many of these email exchanges were posted on Reddit, including some hilarious ones such as these.

However, several users started suspecting whether it was the real GabeN or his assistants who were replying to these emails since they thought that he must be very busy and would not have time to respond to everyone.

However, GabeN being one of the biggest memers in the Dota 2 community posted a video of himself verifying that it was indeed him responding to these emails.

Author’s Opinion: Honestly, I don’t think I would want any other company developing Dota 2. There is some definite love for the game and its community, from GabeN. With his announcer pack and now with these email replies, he has proven to genuinely care for the community.
