Mushi, Meracle and Bimbo Team Up for the ESL One Los Angeles Major 2020 Qualifiers

Malaysian Dota 2 legend Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung and Filipino star Ryan "Bimbo" Jay Qui have teamed up once again for the ESL One Los Angeles Major 2020 - SEA Qualifiers. 

This is the 2nd time the duo have teamed up for a Major this season. Their first shot at making it through the open qualifiers came at the DreamLeague Season 13 Major: SEA Qualifiers. They failed to make it through the open qualifiers, dropping out in the quarterfinals.

They will be joined by Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin, Kalvin Kang “Meracle” Jian Wen and Benhur “Benhur” Lawis in their new team. The team will be called ‘Team IO’. Hence their full roster is:

• Ryan Jay “Bimbo” Qui

• Kalvin Kang "Meracle" Jian Wen

• Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin

• Benhur “Benhur” Lawis

• Chai “Mushi” Lee Fung

With teams like Cloud 9, T1 Esports, and Geek Fam refreshing their rosters, it is going to be a hard road ahead for Team IO. But with the experience of Mushi, Ohaiyo and co., the team might just possess the ability to make it through the qualifiers.
