Sheever Reveals that she is Cancer-Free

One of Dota 2’s most popular community figures, Jorien "Sheever" van der Heijden, has just revealed that she is cancer-free, earlier today. She stated that she recently underwent an MRI-check which reveal that she was “All-Clear”

In May 2017, the popular Dota personality and host announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Sheever pulled through. She fought back hard and even returned to the Dota 2 scene to host The International 2017 in the middle of her chemo sessions. A year passed and Sheever returned to regularly hosting Dota 2 events after she went in remission.
