The Major Champions have underwhelmed once again. They lost 2-0 to their regional rivals Fnatic, leaving them reeling and needing one more series victory to secure a place in the 2nd major of the season.

Fnatic, however, were simply superb and looked extremely comfortable with the new patch. Their play across both games was quite flawless and their drafting has stepped up by quite a margin, thanks to Sunbhie, their new coach.

Fnatic vs TNC Predator

Game 1 saw 23savage showcase his ability on the new and reworked Drow Ranger, utilizing her new strengths to the max. He was also rewarded with an Enchanted Quiver item drop which allowed him to snowball to a whopping 11/0/9 KDA. TNC was simply unable to match the pressure applied by 23savage and co. and ultimately conceded the first game in 35 minutes.

Game 2 was even more of a stomp for Fnatic who just outdrafted and outplayed the MDL Chengdu Major champs to secure an easy 28-5 victory in 28 minutes.

TNC Predator will now wait for their opponent in a do-or-die match. A win here would send them through to the Major, while a loss will knock them down to the Minor Qualifiers.
