- OG signs young talented Israeli rifler flameZ to complete their CS:GO lineup.
- The revamped OG CS:GO roster will be participating in the upcoming BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2021.
- They will be going up against the Danish giants Astralis in their opening match of the tournament.
OG has finally made the announcement of their fifth and final player, as they sign the young talented Israeli rifler Shahar "flameZ" Shushan. With this, OG has completed the ‘rebuilding phase’ of its CS:GO roster following a string of disappointing performances since the start of the year. FlameZ used to previously play for the British esports organization Endpoint, where he was one of the star players, attracting a lot of eyeballs due to his solid performances across ‘Tier 2’ Counter-Strike. This is the youngsters first big break as he steps into the upper echelon of competitive CS:GO with a revamped OG lineup.

OG sign FlameZ to complete CS:GO roster rebuild
The 17-year-old talented rifler flameZ had a phenomenal performance last year, as he registered an overall HLTV rating of 1.14, followed by an impact rating of 1.19, an ADR (Average Damage per Round) of 82.3, and a KPR (Kills Per Round) of 0.75. Though these stats took a slight dip since the start of the year, there is not a hint of doubt surrounding flameZ exceptional ability and talent.
His hard work and consistency have landed him a spot within OG’s CS:GO lineup, who finally complete their rebuild and are ready with a complete roster to take on Astralis in their opening match of the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2021.
With barely 4 days left for the tournament to kick off, OG might not have sufficient time on their hands to prepare for the match. On the other hand, you can never be too sure when an unprepared underdog suddenly decides to go beast mode on you. Staying true to their international approach when it comes to assembling a CS:GO lineup, it seems OG picked flameZ over their previous reported interest Michał "MICHU" Müller.
FlameZ had a few words to say about this new opportunity, “I’m really excited and ready for this great opportunity to play with such great leadership and experienced players. I will do my very best every day to show I deserve it. One of the most important things is to get some trophies! Really excited and let’s make it wild!”
OG’s revamped CS:GO roster is as follows,
- Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen
- Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså
- Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski
- Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen
- Shahar “flameZ” Shushan
- Casper “ruggah” Due [Coach]
