ENCE IGL Snappi Reasons Why ZywOo Is Better Than S1mple

Finnish esports organization ENCE new in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer recently compared 2 of the best CS:GO players in the world right now, Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut. Snappi while answering a question reasoned why according to him ZywOo had an edge over s1mple, in a recent interview with HLTV. Australian CS:GO talent Chad "SPUNJ" Burchill had asked Snappi a question saying “Who needs who more? Does Na’Vi need s1mple to perform at a high level or do Vitality need ZywOo to perform at his high level more?” The Dane preferred the French AWPer over the CIS hybrid player, providing sound reasoning to back his choice and opinion perfectly.

Snappi reasons why ZywOo is better than s1mple

Snappi had a rough 2020 as he constantly moved around from one team to the next. In total, the Danish rifler and in-game leader played for 5 different CS:GO teams and organizations last year, not sticking around for more than 5 months with even a single team. He went on to play for Heroic, FunPlus Phoenix, TIGER, Astralis, and c0ntact Gaming, before finally getting an opportunity with ENCE whom he joined in Jan 2021.

In a recent interview, while answering a question involving s1mple and ZywOo, Snappi explained why according to him the French AWPer had an edge over the CIS beast. He answered the question by saying that,

“Definitely Vitality (ZywOo) without a question in mind because I think there is more, I think the difference is like….I have watched a lot of demos of both these teams when I would face them. ZywOo does not care about dying, he just plays for the team every round, which is so obvious. He takes bad roles all the time, ‘nades, pistols, and stuff.

I think it is a marvel that he has been able to post the same numbers as s1mple and that is why I put him in higher regard and that’s why he is the best player in the world.”

While Snappi clearly thinks that ZywOo is the better player among 2 of the best CS:GO players in the world, he still had a few words of encouragement for s1mple. He gave him credit which he rightly deserves by saying that “It is not that s1mple is not amazing. He is obviously absolutely nuts, but I cannot understand how he is that good with the way he plays. It is like watching a machine.”

All said and done, the debate between s1mple and ZywOo will continue to go for as long as the 2 players keep competing against each other. And at the end of the day, it boils down to what qualities one appreciates in a player and their personal preference.
