The Ukrainian powerhouse Natus Vincere might be thinking of expanding its CS:GO roster to a six-man lineup with the addition of one player from the Natus Vincere Junior lineup. Despite having a decent year where other top tier teams have often struggled to find and maintain consistency, Na’Vi is thinking of signing an extra player for certain situations according to a report by DBLTAP.

Na’Vi Might Expand To A Six Player Roster

Na’Vi has faced quite a bit of success this year and though they might have had a few problems closing down tournaments after reaching the finals in the last few months, overall the Ukrainian organization has done fantastic for themselves.

But despite all the success, the organization is thinking of expanding its roster to a six-player lineup with the addition of Valerii “B1T” Vakhovskyi from Na’Vi Junior. The 17-year-old Ukrainian has been playing with them for more than a year at this point but still does not have a lot of experience when it comes to top-tier competitive CS:GO.

He has played in a lot of local tournaments facing some of the best teams from the region and this is what makes him a great pick. He is well suited to playing with a team while being a fantastic player individually, making him a perfect specialist who would be swapped in whenever Na’Vi is in a pinch.

The report further suggests that B1T might not be leaving the Junior lineup completely at this point as he constantly shifts between the two sides. He will only be stepping in to play for Na’Vi under certain situations and maps if the rules of the tournament permit it.

If the signing goes through and Na’Vi officially announces this change, B1T would become the second player change for Na’Vi this year following Ilya “Perfecto“ Zalutskiy’s signing earlier this year.

With the year coming to an end Na’Vi is still yet to play in a couple of tournaments like BLAST Premier Fall 2020 Finals and IEM Global Challenge 2020. It looks doubtful that we will see Na’Vi playing with a six-man roster anytime soon, maybe by early 2021 or so.
