One of the best CS:GO players in the world ZywOo might be seen participating in a French VALORANT tournament.
He might be seen playing VALORANT over the course of this weekend with a French team called L'institut.
At the time of writing this article neither ZywOo nor L'institut has come forward with an official statement.

One of the best CS:GO players in the world Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut who currently plays for Team Vitality might be seen in action at a French VALORANT tournament over the course of this weekend as his name has reportedly popped up in the L'institut VALORANT lineup for the event.

CS:GO Star ZywOo To Play VALORANT?

The French superstar ZywOo who was named ‘The Best Player of 2019’ as per HLTV is a deadly player to go up against and though he has not been seen playing a lot of VALORANT publicly there is not a hint of doubt the amount of firepower he will be adding to the French team L'institut.

No official statement has been given by the player himself but the lineup of L’institut as shown on Liquipedia has sparked off speculation that the 20-year-old AWPer might be stepping in for the French VALORANT side for one tournament ‘Underdogs #2’ which is scheduled to take place from 27th to 29th November.

He is apparently replacing former Belgian Counter-Strike player Kevin "Ex6TenZ" Droolan on the lineup which is set to go up against another local team called ‘keepYOURskill’ who made their way to the main event through the second qualifier.

The above information is unconfirmed as ZywOo himself has not commented on the situation. L’institut has also refrained from making a direct statement however they have added fuel to all the speculations by bantering around on Twitter.

Team Vitality recently won IEM Beijing 2020 - Europe after successfully completing a huge reverse sweep against Na’Vi and have a bit of a break before they compete once again at the upcoming BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 - Finals which is scheduled to take place from 8th to 13th December. This could be a reason as to why ZywOo can be seen competing in a VALORANT tournament along with other French players some of whom are former Counter-Strike players as well.

It will be interesting to see how ZywOo performs in this VALORANT tournament because though CS:GO might be similar the two games are quite different when it comes to character abilities and their usage.
