Turkish rifler Ozgur "woxic" Eker after being removed from mousesports active lineup has finally spoken up stating that “I’ll be back to the top.” The 21-year-old was recently removed from the main roster of the German organization following a disastrous performance by the team in the ongoing ESL One Cologne 2020. Though many from the community raised a voice against this decision mousesports went ahead with it, replacing woxic with their newest recruit Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras.

As the speculations turned to reality with mousesports replacing woxic with 17-year-old bymas, everyone eagerly waited for a comment from the Turkish rifler himself as the player had earlier promised that he would soon provide more information from his side.

A day later woxic has finally spoken up, though it was not the reveal people had hoped for it was enough as the player thanked everyone for their support and talked a bit about his future.

“I'm not on the active roster anymore, but I'll be back to the top. I want to show what I'm still capable of and I will.”

Accepting that he was not a part of mousesports active roster the player gave a strong statement by saying that he will make his way back to the top, this could mean his return to the active roster. Woxic is determined to show everyone that he is still capable of competing at the highest level and he will also be streaming this grind of his more often, so stay tuned to see woxic play a lot more FPL in the coming days.

Mousesports has not had a great year until now, ever since the online phase of competitive Counter-Strike started the team seems to have lost its bearing. A lot of the community members raised questions about the organization replacing woxic of all the players because despite the team playing so bad he had maintained a decent form throughout, achieving an overall rating of below 1.0 in just two events, ESL One Cologne 2020 and DH Masters Spring 2020.

Also, the fact that mousesports had signed bymas as a ‘Development Player’ and were placing him in the active lineup before even a month has passed seems to have irked a few fans. Let’s see how the updated roster performs in the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 12: Europe.
