Despite being around for more than a decade Counter-Strike never fails to surprise us with something unexpected. Imagine playing CS:GO and your team is losing the match miserably, down by a score of ‘10-2’ while playing CT-side on Dust 2 you try to motivate your team and while doing so, out of the blue without any rhyme or reason you find yourself at T-spawn. Can it get any worse than this?

Well, something similar actually transpired in a recent match played by the Reddit user hamfraigaar. While playing T-sided on Dust 2, right after his team won a round, an unexpected bug spawned a CT-sided player at their spawn point.

It was a surprising sight for hamfraigaar who instantly urged his teammate to turn around, but did not show any mercy to the CT-sided player who had the worst spawn possible, all due to a bug that has not been fixed for a long time now.

In the comment section multiple users pointed out to have faced the same bug in the past, even pro players like Michael “shroud” Grzesiek, Jake “Stewie2k” Yip, Damian “daps” Steele, Shahzeeb “ShahZaM” Khan and many others have come across this bug which dates back to at least 2016.

The bug which occurs quite rarely has not been fixed for a long time now, and though it occurs once in a blue moon, I think it is high time now that the developers fix this in the next update.
