N0tail claps back at Thorin after OG win over EG at BLAST Premier

OG Dota 2’s captain Johan "N0tail" Sundstein was quick on his fingers to reply to Thorin’s tweet saying “EG are gonna clap OG today.” with a sarcastic question mark after OG proved to be quite a handful for the North American organization.

The Danish organization was able to secure victory in the Lower Bracket Final against EG with a ‘2-1’ scoreline, as they move on to face G2 Esports once again in the Grand Finals.

OG has once again proved to be quite a challenge for Evil Geniuses. After facing a harsh loss against G2 Esports yesterday, OG was facing a rematch against EG with the BLAST talent lineup heavily favoring the NA organization.

It initially looked like the talents were right as EG thrashed OG on Train with Duncan “Thorin” Shields going on to tweet “They need Jesus”, but this was followed by an insane performance by OG on Mirage which equalized the score ‘1-1’.

The final map on Inferno was closely contested with the scoreboard reading ‘14-14’ at one point of time, before OG was able to slip back-to-back rounds to win the map along with the series, moving on to face G2 Esports once again.

It was an overall superb performance by Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski who top fragged for his side in the first two maps, the senior members Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen and Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt were once again a huge asset for the side, even taking the driver’s seat on Inferno to drive the team into the Grand Finals.

While OG might have already secured itself a slot in the Spring Finals 2020, a victory over G2 Esports would be a huge morale boost for the side before flying out to Moscow.
