Na’Vi has announced the signing of Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy while benching Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovacs. With the 20-year-old rifler stepping in as a replacement for GuardiaN, Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev will be making a return to his former position of playing as an AWPer.

In a blog released by Na’Vi, Andrii “B1ad3” Gorodenskyi - Head Coach of Na’Vi revealed the reason behind benching GuradiaN. He said the language barrier within the team was the biggest issue.

“A huge thanks to Ladislav for his persistence and effort. He was very worried about every bad result and always worked on improving himself. He's a world-class player, I'm sure he'll prove himself in future.”

The updated Na’Vi roster is as follows,

  • Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev
  • Kirill "BoombI4" Mikhailov
  • Denis "electronic" Sharipov
  • Egor "flamie" Vasilev
  • Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy
  • Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács [Benched]
  • Andrii "B1ad3" Gorodenskyi [Coach]

The reformed Na’Vi will be making its debut at the upcoming GG.Bet ICE Challenge 2020, where they have been paired up against ENCE, GODSENT, and OG for the group stage.
