Along with the signing of the three American players, the org has also signed C9’s assistant coach Chris “Elmapuddy” Tebbit, making him the head coach of their lineup.

Cloud9 has had a patchy season this year, as the organization was struck with a lot of roster shuffles. With the lineup constantly changing, none of the iterations seemed to have worked out for the org, who finished the year with nothing significant under their belt.

Now with the year almost coming to an end, the many rumours surrounding the transfer of the C9 trio has come out to be true. With three players confirmed, Gen.G has stated that the remaining two players will be announced shortly in the coming weeks.

The organization has already set its aim at bringing back another Major to North America, it will be interesting to see how well the organization does to fulfil this goal, as there is already a lot of competition between the teams in the top ten. While a lot of newer organizations have also stepped up with a similar goal in mind.

Let’s see who do they pick up as their remaining two players. For now, the Gen.G CS:GO roster is as follows,

  • Timothy “autimatic” Ta

  • Damian “daps” Steele

  • Kenneth “koosta” Suen

  • Chris “Elmapuddy” Tebbit [Coach]
