Indian CS:GO team Entity Gaming have taken down fellow countrymen Global eSports 2-1 in the grand finals of the ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2019 South Asia Qualifiers. With this, they have secured a slot at the main event in Shanghai where they will compete against 15 of Asia’s best CS:GO teams for a total prize pool of USD 100,000.

Entity Gaming bounced back in map two on Overpass as they managed to win the game with a comfortable 16 – 6 after starting on the CT side as well.
The final game of the evening ended with Entity Gaming winning 16-6 on Train.
Journey to the Finals
With ZeGg Esports unable to participate in the qualifier due to visa issues, Group A witnessed Global eSports and Xtreme5 making it through to the playoffs. Meanwhile, Entity Gaming and Orgless5ive progressed through Group B.
The first game of the playoffs between Global eSports and Orgless5ive ended with GE making it to the grand finals after a 2-1 victory.
Shortly after, Xtreme5 suffered a fate similar to that of Orgless5ive as they lost 2-1 to Entity Gaming, thus securing the tournament’s second grand finalists.
