There seems to have been a tiff between the ‘Esport Historian’, Duncan ‘Thorin’ Shields, and the duo of Jesper ‘JW’ Wecksell and Robin ‘flusha’ Ronnquist. Taking a dig at Fnatic, Thorin was likely not too amused with how Fnatic had treated Maikil ‘Golden’ Selim last time he was on their roster.
But JW is not amongst those who stay quiet when a finger is pointed towards him, as he retorted with a cheeky reply. With two going back-and-forth, Thorin made a statement on how Fnatic are bringing back the same flusha they cut for not being in good form, and this is where the argument came to a standstill, as flusha went on and clarified that he wasn’t cut from the team but had rather asked to leave the team.
Thorin who is usually the one who gives the last blow was on the receiving end this time with the users going behind him all guns blazing.
With the transfer season going on in full swing, not all the teams are able to get their hands on the players that they desire. As Fnatic’s attempt to sign Tim ‘nawwk’ Jonasson failed due to GamerLegion refusing to sell the talented 21-year-old AWPer. They have reportedly turned their sights towards two of their former players, Robin ‘flusha’ Ronnquist and Maikil ‘Golden’ Selim.
As per reports, the two have been practising with the rest of the squad and it is likely that they will be making their way back to the roster which they left back in 2018.
This was the reason behind Thorin making his remarks but missed out on a few important facts, which backfired on him.
