Tyloo has finally dropped the bomb everyone had been waiting for, the organization announced today that WingHei ‘Freeman’ Cheung will be replacing Kevin ‘xccurate’ Susanto in the active line-up, starting out with the ESL Pro League Season 9 - Finals.
Quick correction. Unactive player for now, wait for the official announcement from TYLOO soon.— Kevin Susanto (@xccurateCSGO) June 14, 2019
In the past week, both Freeman and Danking had joined Tyloo without replacing any of the existing players. With everyone in the Asian community predicting that Tyloo will be kicking someone out, the organization has finally made its move. Though it is still now clear that who will be AWPing for the side as Freeman excels as an entry fragger.
Xccurate had joined Tyloo at the beginning of 2018 and had since then made a good offensive pair with the fellow Indonesian, Hansel ‘BnTeT’ Ferdinand. He was part of the organization when they reached the highest rank ever reached by a Chinese team on the HLTV leaderboard and played a big hand in Tyloo’s dream run at the FACEIT Major London 2018.
But since late 2018 the player has not been in the best of form which has been taxing on the team as they missed out on the opportunity to qualify for IEM Sydney 2019 and ESL One: Cologne 2019, two really big events this year.
With the team now going to Montpellier, France for the ESL Pro League Season 9 - Finals, they really want to step up their performance as the team has not been finishing well in international tournaments.
Xccurate is still part of the organization along with Danking, whose role and future with the organization is still unknown.
The current Tyloo line-up is as follows,
Hansel ‘BnTeT’ Ferdinand
HaoWen ‘somebody’ Xu
YuLun ‘Summer’ Cai
YuanZhang ‘AttackeR’ Sheng
WingHei ‘Freeman’ Cheung
Kevin ‘xccurate’ Susanto (Backup)
Zhenghao ‘Danking’ Lv (Backup)
