TNC Predator, came into the WESG 2018: Philippines qualifier as the overwhelming favourites for the spot at the WESG 2018: Southeast Asia Regional Finals.

The Michael "ninjaboogie" Ross Jr.- lead team advanced through the early stages of the qualifier to get to the finals where they met Kenneth "Flysolo" Coloma’s Neon Esports. The match was expected to be one of the most hyped series in SEA Dota. But TNC Predator secured the series relatively easily with a 2-0 win.

Here’s a short rundown at what went down in the World Electronic Sports Games 2018 Philippine Finals.

TNC Predator vs Neon Esports

Game 1 saw TNC Predator’s Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios led the charge from the mid lane, putting up a dominant performance on Templar Assassin and completely shutting down Marc’s Broodmother and snowballing off that. TNC Predator comfortably took game one just before the 36-minute mark.

Game 2 was another win for TNC Predator, though not nearly as dominant. By the 28-minute mark, TNC Predator teamwiped Neon Esports and held almost a 23,000 gold lead. Ending the match three minutes later, TNC Predator never allowed Neon Esports to get much out of the map and handily took the series victory.
