Day Three of ROG Masters: APAC Qualifiers has come to an end, and with it four teams have been eliminated from the tournament. If you happened to miss out on the action that took place earlier, do not worry. Here is a short recap of the proceedings that took place today.

WG.Unity vs BOOM ID

BOOM ID was unceremoniously booted from the standings without a victory and left with more questions than answers. The team looked lost in the drafting phase and worse off in its execution during the games. While WG.Unity looked dominant with Feero, in particular, putting up quite a show for the Filipino crowd.

Execration vs IAP

Execration outclassed IAP across both games as they picked very aggressive lineups which included very unconventional heroes like the Pudge and the Alchemist. Though IAP put in a solid performance, it wasn’t enough to get the upper hand on Execration.

TNC Pro Team vs 496 Gaming

Surprisingly 496 Gaming held their own against TNC Gaming in the laning phases of both the games. However, it all came crashing down when TNC turned up the heat in the Midgame. 496 Gaming couldn’t handle Kuku and TIMS’s aggressive play and were thus knocked out of the tournament.

Geek Fam vs Clutch Gamers

In the final encounter of the day, Clutch Gamers was up against fellow Pinoy team, Geek Fam. It was a routine victory for Clutch Gamers, consolidating their recent surge of form. Although there were a few moments of surprise, Clutch Gamers handily won the series 2-0.
Tomorrow’s Schedule:
Semi Finals #1: Clutch Gamers vs Execration
Semi Finals #2: WG.Unity vs TNC Pro Team
The Grand Finals: Winner of SF1 vs Winner of SF2
