Power League Gaming announced the PLG Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi yesterday on 13th October.
PLG Grand Slam will be taking place on the Yas Islands in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The 16-team tournament will take place from 12th-16th December featuring a total prize pool of $100,000 USD.
Out of the 16 teams participating, 8 will be directly invited to the event while the remaining 8 will be making it through their respective Regional Qualifiers which will be held globally on FACEIT.
The Regional Qualifiers will be held from 26th October to 17th November. Following is the schedule for all the regional qualifiers,
The winner from each Regional Qualifier will be directly moving on to the main event. The registrations for the qualifiers have already begun, teams can register themselves by clicking HERE.

Abdullah ‘t0ks’ Al-Ghafari, Manager of Operations at Power League Gaming had a few words to offer about the tournament,
“The PLG Grand Slam focuses mainly on providing an opportunity for teams that are looking for a breakthrough. We are not aiming to create a world-class spectacle but rather a high-standard event that will have all necessary elements for a player, team, talent member, and spectators to enjoy being a part of."
He further extends his delight on providing the best facilities that the tournament offers for the players to enjoy,
