ONE Esports announces two Dota 2 tournaments worth a combined $1 Million USD in Singapore and Jakarta

ONE Esports has just announced two massive Dota 2 tournaments set to take place in SEA, worth $500,000 USD each. The first of the two tournaments will take place in Singapore on December 20-22, 2019 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

This will be followed by yet another massive event held at Jakarta, Indonesia on April 17-19, 2020 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE BSD).

ONE Esports will be organizing these tournaments in partnership with PGL. Each tournament will have 12 invitees battling it out for the $500,000 prize pool.

“ONE Esports is Asia’s largest esports championship series, featuring some of the world’s biggest games such as Dota 2, Street Fighter, Tekken, and many others,” said Chatri Sityodtong, Founder, Chairman and CEO of ONE Championship. “Our first events this year will be in October in Tokyo and December in Singapore. It has been a lot of hard work and sacrifice over the last several months by our esports team to pull off the impossible.”
