Following a stellar run at the Dreamleague Season 11 Major: CIS Qualifiers, Na'Vi will be making their way to ESL One: Mumbai 2019.
After poor showings at two back-to-back WePlay! tournaments, the CIS giants will be looking to redeem themselves. This will be their first appearance at an ESL event after a last place finish in ESL One: Katowice 2018.
Earlier this month, Natus Vincere announced that they will not be playing in the ESL One Mumbai qualifiers as they had chosen to play in WePlay Tug of War: Radiant, a $50,000 online tournament during the same dates.
The team that is expected to represent the org in Mumbai is as follows:
-
Vladislav "Crystallize" Krystanek
-
Idan "MagicaL" Vardanian
-
Evgeniy "Blizzy" Ree
-
Evgeniy "Chuvash" Makarov
-
Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev
NiP, Alliance, Gambit Esports, Complexity, Chaos Esports Club made it into the tournament as the invited teams of the event. TNC Predator qualified for the event in SEA, The Pango in Europe, and J.Storm in North America, while Keen Gaming comes in for the Chinese region. The Indian Qualifier was unsurprisingly won by Signify.
One more team will be invited for this tournament.
