Mousesports & Liquid advance on to the semifinals of the ESL Pro League Season 8

The fourth day of the ESL Pro League Season 8 - Finals observed the start of the second stage of the event, Playoffs.  

The Quarterfinal matches took place yesterday, where mousesports went up against Renegades while Na'Vi took on Liquid.

This is all the action that took place yesterday within the Playoffs.

Mouz vs Renegades

Renegades took a solid start against mousesports, taking them down by a score of '16-4' on Cache. This was followed by mouz chipping a win on Mirage against Renegades with the score reading '16-14'. The decider took place on Train where Renegades seemed to have lost steam as they went down with the scoreboard reading '16-9'.

Liquid vs Na'Vi

The second match witnessed Liquid crushing Na'Vi, as they defeated them in two straight matches without any hassle. Na'Vi was unable to mount any sort of a defence as their takes were anything but coordinated, going down on Dust 2 followed by Inferno with scores of '16-4' and '16-6', respectively.

With this, both Liquid and mousesports will move on to the semifinals of the Pro League to face off against MIBR and Astralis, respectively.
