Malaysian Cyber Games is back in 2018

One of the biggest esports and gaming festivals in South East Asia is coming back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this January.
 
The last edition of the Malaysian Cyber Games happened way back in December 2015 and was a massive success with thousands of Malaysian gamers attending the event to witness the best teams in the country battle it out. Team Secret 3.0 and Mushi's Fnatic also made guest appearances at the event and played a few show matches.
 
Malaysian Cyber Games announced its return with a video yesterday, which detailed that the event will be held on January 13th -14th, 2018 at the Putra World Trade Centre.
 

The event will also feature a total of 8 games with a combined prizepool of RM 300,000 ($74,655) on the line making it one of the biggest gaming events in SEA. The 8 games that will be on display are Dota 2, CS:GO, Mobile Legends, FIFA 18, Tekken 7, Street Fighter V, F1 2017 and Injustice 2.
