Madelikewizards obliterated Rngamers in their semifinal match-up with a score of '16-0' on Mirage.

On the other hand, Legacy did get scratched by Usbiggerthanyou but they were nowhere near to even being a great opponent for them, as they went down on Mirage as well by a score of '16-5'.

Madelikewizards played against Breakaway Esports on Dust 2 followed by Mirage. Both the matches were won by Madelikewizards with a similar score of '16-10'. Breakaway tried their level best but the difference in skill was too great to be compensated by determination and desire which resulted in a great effort but did not result in a win for the side.

Legacy played Trident in the last match-up of the event. Legacy took another easy win as they defeated their opponents on Train and Mirage with scores of ‘16-12’ & ‘16-11’, respectively. Finally, facing a bit of competition, Legacy who were relaxed during the initial rounds came to their senses in time which did result in a hustle for the squad but nothing more.

With the First Open Qualifier coming to an end both Madelikewizards and Breakaway Esports qualified on to the IEM Katowice 2019 – Oceania Closed Qualifier.
