Valve’s new regulations state that
“Looking ahead one year to The International 2019, in cases where one organization or person has ownership in multiple teams, only one of those teams will be eligible to compete in The International, regardless of DPC qualifying points. All teams can participate in the Pro Circuit Majors and Minors leading up to next year’s TI, but all ownership conflicts will need to be resolved prior to TI Regional Qualifiers. This includes cases in which players have financial ties to other teams.”
We speculated that this might impact teams like organizations like Vici Gaming and Invictus Gaming who own multiple Tier 1/2 teams in the Pro Circuit. It looks like that might the case with TNC as well.
TNC Tigers’ offlaner Lee "kYxY" Kong Yang has left the team earlier this week and is currently looking for a new team.

Although unlikely, whether the team will disband or find new players has not yet been announced.
Teams will be forced to announce their new rosters sooner rather than later as the qualifiers for the first Major of the season kicks off in just 10 days on September 15th, 2018.
