The criticisms came amidst GESC’s decision to invite Admiral Dota, and Execration to the SEA Closed Qualifiers; over Fnatic even though the latter is the 2nd best SEA team according to the DPC points table.
We aren’t invited to GESC Thailand qualifier over Xctn n admiral. There’s some bullshit scheme happening here.

EternaLEnVy elaborated that GESC: Thailand didn’t give Fnatic the opportunity to “even discuss dates” and that GESC: Thailand hasn’t responded to any attempts made by Fnatic to contact their management.
We were never given the opportunity to even discuss dates we have contacted them way before n they haven’t even talked to us

The GESC: Thailand – SEA Qualifiers are scheduled on the 19th and 20th of March which clashes with the Dreamleague Minor where Fnatic will be the sole SEA representative. Just like GESC: Indonesia, this Minor didn’t host open qualifiers which has completely shut down Fnatic’s opportunity to attend the last Dota 2 Minor of the season.
Several Dota 2 fans have sympathized with EternaLEnVy and appealed for Valve officials to make sure that all Dota 2 Minors, Majors host open qualifiers for their events.
David “Blaze” Dillion, Beyond The Summit’s Online Operations Manager, responded to the allegations on Reddit. He later confirmed that “GESC have re-evaluated the deadline for visas and are considering postponing the qualifier to a more appropriate date.”
