Perfect world has announced this year's edition of the CS:GO Asia Championship featuring a prize pool of $300,000.

The eight-team event has been scheduled to take place from 21st-24th November at a yet unconfirmed location. The event will witness seven direct invites along with one team making its way through the Chinese Qualifier.

Along with the event, the first three invited teams were also revealed. ENCE, MIBR and Tyloo will be making their way to China with five more teams yet to join them.

ENCE will be one of the stronger teams at the event while MIBR who have been not playing as good will be trying to succeed in China. Tyloo will have the home crowd advantage and that is something that can drive a lot of underdog teams to perform well beyond their capabilities.

The former champions Na' Vi might be one of the future invites. The team has undergone a massive roster shuffle and this might be the perfect event to showcase their improvement and mark their comeback into competitive CS, someplace where the CIS giants haven't been seen lately.

Current team list for the event is as follows,

  • ENCE

  • MIBR

  • Tyloo
