The ESL India Premiership 2018 was by far the biggest esports event that we witnessed in Hyderabad last year. Featuring some high intensity Dota2/CS:GO in addition to a humongous prize pool and a great crowd, last year’s main event was one to remember.
This year we’ll see returning champions Signify come back to the Hitex Exhibition Center alongside newer faces like ROG Titans, Reckoning Esports and perhaps even Filipino team Alpha Gaming which should provide some interesting matches in the LAN setting.
On the CS:GO side, OpTic India will make their way to the LAN in a bid to claim their first ESL India LAN championship after an undefeated run in the online phase of the Master League. But it won’t be an easy road to the title considering the fact that teams like Brutality and two other top tier CS:GO teams will be standing in their way.
