Top Clans 2021 Summer Invitational to Feature Gamers From Four Esports Titles
NetEase Games has announced the online Top Clans 2021 Summer Invitational, showcasing four titles including Dota 2, Rules of Survival (RoS), Tom and Jerry: Chase, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. There is an overall prize pool of more than $35,000 USD in the four esports titles, which will feature teams from not only Southeast Asia, as was the case in Top Clans 2020, but also India, Japan, Pakistan, and Mongolia. The event, which will start on 7th Aug 2021, will offer livestreams in four different languages which are English, Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian.

NetEase Games has added four new countries to its tournament, namely India, Japan, Pakistan, and Mongolia, in order to draw in more players and audiences. In addition, in 2021, “Top Clans has taken a more grassroots approach which allows more players to participate and enjoy esports than ever before.”
For Mobile Legends, NetEase Games has reached out to gaming communities across countries to find out who the most devoted fans are so they can “give them the chance to play a lead role in the tournaments” and create their own unique esports experience.
For Dota 2, NetEase Games has partnered with tournament organizers such as Moon Studio, Epulze, TNC, and more to take the event to a bigger stage. Additionally, a mini Dota 2 league is being created in Japan.
The Rules of Survival grassroots tournament is open to players from all over Southeast Asia instead of inviting only a limited number of players.
A number of livestreamers who are fans of Tom and Jerry: Chase will be participating in the Tom and Jerry: Chase grassroots event.
Top Clans 2021's four esports titles
Following the conclusion of the grassroots events in certain categories, the main tournament will then begin on 7th August.

The Top Clans 2020 was held in September - October last year with gamers from Dota 2, Rules of Survival, Tekken 7, MARVEL Super War, and Tom and Jerry: Chase. Over 80 teams had competed for an overall prize pool of $85,000 USD. On its streaming platforms, the event had garnered more than 57 million views.
