In June, Wild Rift was made available to Alpha testers in Brazil and the Philippines. Eventually, it made its way into closed beta on September 16th. Players in the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand who signed up for the launch will get a chance to test out the game and help Riot iron out some bugs.
As the closed beta progresses, the number of countries with access to the closed beta is to go up. While players need a beta invite to login and play the game, they can nevertheless side-load the game. Side-loading will allow a player to install the app that can’t be found on the Google Play Store. Bear in mind that side-loading doesn’t guarantee that you can play or run the app after its installation. Remember that downloading Wild Rift through this method will be useful only for players who’ve received a beta invite from Riot Games but can’t seem to still install the game through Play Store.
