Wild Rift has officially launched the Americas server, allowing players from all over America to hop into the game and experience League of Legends from a brand new perspective. Along with the Wild Rift Americas server launch, players from Hong Kong and Macau will now be able to hop into the game without restrictions.
The upcoming new tank/mage champion will soon arrive in Wild Rift on April 1, 2021. Galio is a flexible tank champion that can engage in team fights and tank some damage while also dealing a ton of AoE damage.
The most-requested feature in Wild Rift has finally arrived for testing purposes. This allows players to take control over the position or role they play in the game. This feature will stay for 2 weeks.
Here are a few things to note regarding the new Position Preference feature;
This new game mode will also be launch for playtesting. In ARAM, there’s one lane, and you’re given a random champ from your pool. In ARAM, there will be two new spells for players to use;
The new game mode will arrive on April 5, 2021, and will last for three days. After evaluating the game, if it works in everyone’s favor, the game will return on April 15 and will last until May 19, 2021.
A new feature is added in the game allowing players to acquire in-game loots just by simply playing the game. Players can choose to upgrade their Wild Pass to obtain new rewards. Reaching Wild Pass level 50 grants players an exclusive Hexplorer Jax skin. Beyond Level 50, players can continue to earn bonus rewards like champions and skin chests.
The Wild Pass will be launched along with Ranked Season 2 and the premium upgrade will cost 590 Wild Cores. Players can progress faster by purchasing Wild Pass Elite which costs 400 Wild Cores.
For high-end devices, Wild Rift will now be able to run on 120 FPS. Your device may experience overheating or performance issues, so use it carefully.
Added official support for Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, and Arabic.
There are known issues with some text displaying incorrectly in Arabic. The devs will be fixing them in future patches.
