With Valorant Masters Copenhagen coming to a close, XERXIA and Paper Rex have qualified for the Champions event later this year to represent Asia-Pacific (APAC). But there is still one more slot and ten teams from the region will be competing in the APAC Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) for a chance to represent their region at the world championship. The event kicks off on 1st August 2022 with nine teams from APAC and one team from Oceania locked in to compete.
Here are the teams that will be competing in the upcoming event. The teams were selected based on Valorant Circuit Points (VCP) standings in the region.

One team will make it to the world championship in Istanbul, Turkey, later this year. XERXIA had several dominant performances throughout Stage One and has made it to the Champions event through circuit points already. Paper Rex will also be heading to the world championship after impressing everyone at Masters Copenhagen. The Singaporean team made it to the grand finals and has earned a chunk of circuit points to make it to the world championship through standings.
The 10 teams for the APAC LCQ will be seeded into a double elimination bracket from 1st August to 7th August. Teams will be fighting for one last slot to represent APAC at Valorant Champions in Istanbul, Turkey. The winning team will earn a spot to compete alongside Paper Rex and Xerxia, who are the other two teams to qualify for the world championship.
