Southeast Asian esports organization KJC eSports just announced its Valorant Invitational, which is a Riot Games-approved event that will be commencing on 30th September 2021. The event will span eleven days and it will conclude with the grand finals taking place on 10th October. The prize pool of the upcoming event has been set at $5,000 USD which is being sponsored by Aim Lab and Vertagear. 18 teams from multiple regions will be competing in the event.
The invited regions include Hong Kong/Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia/Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Here is everything you need to know about the KJC eSports Valorant Invitational. Jeffrey Choi, the founder of KJC eSports, stated, “There is so much talent in Southeast Asia, it is our job at KJC eSports to showcase the top of the top teams in the region.”

The upcoming event will feature group stages on the first four days, leading up to the playoffs after the VCT Last Chance Qualifiers end.
Group Stage: 30th September to 3rd October
Playoffs and Grand Finals: 7th October to 10th October
The upcoming event will feature a prize pool of $5,000 USD with the winners of the event set to receive $3,000. The runner-up team will receive $1,500 and the third-place team will receive $500.
