MobaZane Shared His Plans After Visiting the Philippines
After honing his skills in the Philippines’ Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) server, Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun wants to test his skills by securing a slot for the M4 World Championship. According to the pro player, he will be staying with his team, BloodThirstyKings (BTK), as its captain to try another shot at the world championship title. MobaZane also shared how complicated and time-consuming it is to join a Philippines (PH) team as a foreign pro player. This meant that if he does decide to join one, he won’t be able to complete all requirements in time for the next Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) season.
MobaZane learned a lot from his PH training
Fans have witnessed the BTK captain learn to adapt to the MLBB PH meta. MobaZane has quickly adapted to the new jungle emblem meta as well as mastered new assassin and tank heroes which could serve as a massively contributing factor towards BTK’s performance in future tournaments.
In one of his livestreams, MobaZane expressed how much his skills in playing MLBB have improved compared to when he was still in North America (NA).
“It’s not like I’m learning something spectacular here, but it is like fine-tuning everything,” the BTK captain said.
MobaZane was previously made fun of by Nexplay EVOS’ Dogie for his limited hero pool. However, a lot has changed and improved for the BTK captain since his arrival in the Philippines. Not only has the pro player learned to adjust his playstyle to the current meta in MLBB, but he also learned a lot regarding the culture of the region such as the tradition of eating Balut, a boiled fertilized duck egg.
“I do kind of want to play with BTK for M4 [World Championship],” stated MobaZane. “One more World Cup with the boys.”
He added that after the world series tournament, he may try to join a SEA team and start living in the region where he gets signed.
Needless to say, the result of MobaZane’s training shall be put to the test as the BTK squad will be competing for a slot in the upcoming M4 World Championship.
