Falcon Esports Announced the Acquisition of Ruby DD for Its MLBB Roster

Falcon Esports has signed one of the most iconic Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Pro Players in the world, Swan "Ruby DD" Aung to its team. The esports organization previously teased its fans with a new member joining the squad. Rumors were also making the rounds about Ruby DD’s transfer to a new team. Falcon Esports’ announcement for the acquisition of the iconic Gold Laner confirmed these rumors. With Ruby DD in its lineup, the team shall aim to secure a spot at the upcoming M4 World Championship that’s scheduled to kick off in the first month of 2023.

Ruby DD joins Falcon Esports’ MLBB squad

Through a Facebook post on 5th August, Falcon Esports officially revealed the new addition to its MLBB lineup.

Falcon Esports debuted on the international scene with a surprisingly impressive performance. Burma (Myanmar) has been deprived of any esports scene for quite a while now due to political conflicts. However, this did not stop Falcon Esports from showcasing its dominance in the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup 2022. The team finished fourth place, taking down powerhouse teams from other regions such as Todak, RSG SG, and ONIC Esports. While the Burmese squad did not win the tournament, it proved to fans that it is still a formidable team.

The addition of Ruby DD may further improve Falcon Esports’ already dominant position in the Burmese MLBB esports scene. The pro player is known for his impressive Lunox gameplay which gave rise to the term “Ruby DD Combo/Play.” The term is still widely used to this day whenever someone dominates a match using the hero Lunox.

It shall be quite the spectacle if fans get to witness Falcon Esports qualify for the upcoming M4 World Champions and vie for another chance at an international championship title.
