EA Sports FC 24 will be available to football and FIFA fans worldwide in just another month. Many hardcore fans are eager to see all the changes and upgrades brought to the game considering the fact that the partnership between EA and FIFA has ended. The studio has made several improvements to differentiate itself from its previous iterations by introducing new game modes and upgrading its graphics and mechanics, thanks to technologies like Hyper Motion V, Sapien Tech, etc. Currently, FC 24 is available for closed beta until the 31st of August. Here’s how you can be a part of it and get a glimpse of the new game.
EA FC 24 Closed Beta Dates and Platforms
The closed beta for the game began on 10th August from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET and will continue until 31st August. The beta is available on a variety of platforms such as:
PlayStation 5
PlayStation 4
PC
Xbox Series X/S
Xbox One
Nintendo Switch
Regardless of your platform, you will get access to game modes such as:
Career Mode
Ultimate Team
Clubs
VOLTA FOOTBALL
Also, note that the progress that you reach in these game modes will not be carried over when you get the full game.
How to Join the Closed Beta?
To join the EA Sports FC 24 Closed Beta, you must sign up for the EA Playtesting and allow EA to send e-mails through which you will receive the code to access the beta. Here’s how you can do it
Head over to the official EA Playtesting Site
Follow the prompts and make sure EA FC / FIFA titles are selected in the Preferred Games section
Log in to your EA Account
Head over to Account Settings
Click on E-mail Preferences
Check the box to provide your consent, which can be found under Manage your E-mail Preferences
If you are one of the lucky ones, you will get the access code for the closed beta via e-mail. You will need to redeem this code through the respective stores available for your platform. Keep in mind that you need to meet certain requirements to be part of the closed beta.
Unfortunately, the closed beta access is only available to players in the United Kingdom and the United States. If you are a console player living in these regions you will need an active Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus, and Nintendo Switch Online subscription to play the game.
