Raven Software and Activision introduced the new map Fortune’s Keep in Warzone Season 4 and temporarily closed down Rebirth Island.
However, players have been wondering when Rebirth Island will make its return and Raven Software confirmed that it will be a part of the map rotation playlist.

Activision and Raven Software removed the Rebirth Island map from Call of Duty Warzone when Season 4 Mercenaries of Fortune was released last week. The community was introduced to the new Fortune’s Keep, a map similar in size and layout to Rebirth Island. With this new map in play and plenty of changes to Caldera, most people expected players to forget about Rebirth Island. However, players have been wondering when the map would make its return to Warzone. Given the fact that Rebirth Island is a part of the map rotation, it is bound to be back in the game sooner or later.

On 20th June, Raven Software revealed that Call of Duty Warzone Season 4 would feature a map rotation, meaning that Rebirth Island, Fortune’s Keep, and Caldera, would be included in the game. It released the playlist calendar for Season Four of Warzone with the dates and details of the map rotation.

When will Rebirth Island return to Call of Duty Warzone?

Rebirth Island will return to Warzone on 30th June. The map is scheduled to make its return alongside the playlist update that Raven Software detailed. This will be the first playlist update of season four. This will kick off a month-long period where Warzone will feature all three maps for players to play on and each map will feature different playlists that are changed every week.

For instance, on 30th June when Rebirth Island makes its comeback in Season 4, players can play only Resurgence Quads on it. This playlist will remain on Rebirth Island until the week of 21st July when Resurgence Solos, Duos, and Trios as well as 12 vs 12 Payload are added.

From 21st July, both Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep will be available in Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads, but will rotate between the two maps every day from 10 AM PT. Until then, players will be able to jump into Fortune’s Keep in Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads, whilst Rebirth Island will only be available in Quads.
