TSM FTX Invitational Announced for Apex Legends

TSM FTX announced the TSMFTX Invitational Apex Legends for North America earlier today. The popular American esports organization is hosting the tournament starting on 13th October. TSMFTX Invitational has a total prize pool of $100,000 USD. Here are all the details of the TSMFTX Invitational Apex Legends.

TSMFTX Invitational Apex Legends Format

The tournament will see 20 teams consisting of 1 pro player per team and other popular content creators. A total of 20 pro players and 40 content creators are expected to participate in the event with mixed teams. Former TSM FTX streamer Dana “DanucD” Dima Gard mentioned on Reddit that the team captains are expected to be announced shortly after Twitchcon. This means we can expect the announcement after 10th October.

The event will consist of 6 battle royale matches plus the LTM (Limited Time Mode). The Gun Run LTM is expected to come back on 11th October as a part of the Fight or Fright event so it is likely to be included in the tournament.

TSMFTX Invitational will start at 4 pm PT on 13th October (7:00 am SGT/ 4:30 am IST, 14th October). Unfortunately, the tournament is only open for pro players and content creators from North America due to the event timings. A total of $100,000 USD is set aside for the prize pool of the invitational.

Who’s participating in TSMFTX Invitational Apex Legends?

According to the TSM FTX team manager, minustempo, only half the invites have been sent out. As of now, TSM FTX Phillip "ImperialHal" Dosen is expected to participate and the tournament has Apex Legends’ blessing with their official Twitter account tweeting out:
