Ultimate E and GemWire have come together to announce a Valorant tournament called Ultimate Cup.
The Valorant tournament will be featuring an INR 1.2 Lakh ($1,612 USD) total prize pool and is scheduled to take place from 9th to 18th August.
The registrations for the open qualifiers is currently underway and will be coming to an end on 31st July. Interested players can register for the tournament, details provided below.

Ultimate E and GemWire have come together to announce a Valorant tournament called Ultimate Cup. The tournament scheduled to take place from 9th to 18th August from 5:00 to 10:00 PM (IST) will be featuring a total prize pool of INR 1,20,000 ($1,612 USD). The competition will be a combination of directly invited teams and open qualifiers' winners, with a total of 16 teams set to take place in the tournament. There are some great incentives for viewers also, as they stand a chance to win special giveaways such as Lenovo merchandise, gift vouchers, and other goodies during the stream.

Ultimate Cup Valorant Tournament - Complete Information

The week long Valorant tournament set to take place from 9th to 18th August will witness participation from 16 teams; 12 direct invites and four others making their way through the open qualifiers.

Open Qualifier - Registrations

Registrations for the Ultimate Cup's open qualifier are currently underway and will be coming to an end on 31st July. A maximum of 128 teams can register for the open qualifiers which will be following a single-elimination format.

The open qualifiers are scheduled to begin from 1st August, with the main event set to take place from 9th August onwards. The top four teams from the open qualifiers will get a chance to go up against teams like Velocity Esports, Samurai Esports, T69, GodLike, and Force one, among seven other direct invites.

Prize Pool Distribution

The total prize pool of INR 1,20,000 ($1,612 USD) will be divided between the top-three teams and a player who will be crowned as the Lenovo MVP. While INR 1,00,000 ($1,344 USD) will be offered in cash prize the remaining INR 20,000 ($269 USD) will be given in the form of Products and Merchandise.

Where To Watch

The tournament will be livestreamed on GemWire's YouTube channel and the Ultimate E YouTube channel primarily, but apart from that, a few watch parties from some popular content creators will also be broadcasting the stream. Information on this will be released shortly.

There are also exclusive rewards to be won by viewers as Lenovo is giving away some eye-catching offers for those watching the livestream.
