Galaxy Racer establishes presence in Pakistan as part of its global expansion plan
GXR Pakistan has been officially established by the Emrati esports organization as they continue to expand across South Asia. To aid themselves in establishing a presence in the region they have partenered with a local celebrity and entrepreneur Fakhr-e-Alam.
This partnership comes following the signing of Pakistan's top Fortnite player Nyle "Nyle" Hasan earlier this year, who has won events like the Fortnite Champion Series - Middle East.
Not only this, Galaxy Racer had also organized the first-ever Fortnite tournament between Pakistan and India featuring $10,000 USD in prize money, the largest prize pool for the title in the region.
Fakhr-e-Alam, who is the first ever Pakistani startup entrepreneur to be invited by Google to their headquarters, is off the opinion that,
Pakistani youth holds the key for the future of Pakistan. We want to see Pakistani youth participate and compete globally. We all know Pakistan has plenty of talent. It's time to invest and give our talents a global platform, which is what we will be doing with Galaxy Racer Pakistan.Fakhr-e-Alam
Galaxy Racer further confirmed that more major announcements related to their expansion into Pakistan will be declared in the next few days.
This announcement comes just a few weeks after GXR India had benched multiple BGMI players from its roster due to various reasons some of which included instances of insubordination, unprofessional conduct, breach of contract, and failure to comply with the organization's policies.
