Highlights
The Apex Legends Battle Pass FAQ page was recently updated, which indicates older battle pass rewards may be returning.
The updated page states "from time to time, some items may come back, but it is up to the discretion of the team."
Players who have missed out on limited-time items may finally get another chance at earning reactive skins, music packs, and more.

Apex Legends Season 11 will be changing how the rewards are structured. An Electronic Arts - EA FAQ page on cosmetics and battle pass items was recently changed to indicate that older items may be coming back to the battle pass or get some way to unlock them. Prior to the change in the FAQ page, the text pointed out that there would be a change to the battle pass where EA would bring back older cosmetics through events or the item store. However, that seems to have changed with EA stating older battle pass items can make a return for players to unlock missing items.

What changes are being made to the Apex Legends Battle Pass

The updated FAQ section where it is asked if Battle Pass rewards will be available after the end of a season now has an updated response stating, “from time to time, some items may come back, but it is up to the discretion of the team.” This line of text was not mentioned prior to the recent change according to Apex Legends leaker, Garret. Respawn Entertainment might finally be bringing back items from previous battle passes for players to unlock.

Apex Legends Season Pass FAQ

Some of the most sought-after items in the battle passes are the ‘reactive’ skins which have unique animations and change of appearance as you get kills. They are currently available only through the seasonal battle passes upon reaching level 100 and 110. If you do not complete a battle pass, you do not get a chance to earn the cosmetics in the future. However, with the FAQ being changed to reflect that past cosmetic may make a return, you may be able to get your hands on some of the older cosmetics that you do not own.

Halo: Infinite is one of the games that is adopting a system where players will be able to complete older battle passes and not miss out on any cosmetics. Apex Legends players have asked for the feature in the past and it is possible that Respawn is implementing the requested change. Respawn or EA are yet to confirm if any immediate Apex Legends battle pass changes are coming soon and fans will have to wait until next season to find out if older cosmetics will be available in-game.
