North American esports organization 100 Thieves revealed its new roster for the 2022 Valorant Champions Tour.
The team has signed Adam “ec1s” Eccles and Hunter “BabyJ” Schline to complete its roster.
Ec1s and Babyj will be replacing Joshua “steel” Nissan and Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella as active members of the roster.

100 Thieves revealed its 2022 Valorant roster just two weeks before the North America (NA) Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Qualifiers for this season. Adam “ec1s” Eccles and Hunter “BabyJ” Schline are joining the team to complete the squad following the departure of Joshua “steel” Nissan and
Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella.

The new roster will debut on 27th January at NA VCT Challengers One

The new 100 Thieves roster will feature:

  • Adam “ec1s” Eccles

  • Hunter “BabyJ” Schline

  • Ethan “ethan” Arnold

  • Spencer “Hiko” Martin

  • Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk

The trio of ethan, Hiko and Asuna have been around since the formation of the 100 Thieves roster. The North American organization established itself as one of the top teams in the region during the 2021 season but the departure of key players from its roster has left a huge dent. BabyJ and ec1s will be looking to solidify the 100 Thieves roster in a bid to qualify for this year’s Masters events.

Former player steel left the active 100 Thieves roster to join T1 while Nitr0 retired from Valorant and returned to CS:GO. Nitr0 has returned to Team Liquid, over a year after switching to Valorant. The addition of ec1s and Babyj ahead of the VCT Challengers One events is great news for 100 Thieves but it remains to be seen if the players can synergize together as a team with just two weeks left until the VCT kicks off for the 2022 season.

The new roster will make its debut on 27th January at the open qualifiers of the Challengers One event. The competition in 2022 will be tougher with even more organizations joining the Valorant bandwagon.
