LoL Patch 11.17 Details

Viego, the Ruined King came out in patch 11.2 and since then, Riot has to implement a number of bug fixes and balance tweaks. Since his release, Viego has received a total of 11 changes in patches. Players have been calling for the champion to be nerfed and he has been disabled for multiple pro events including MSI 2021. Riot has finally decided to nerf his auto attack range, passive healing, camo radius, and slow duration. However, they are buffing his crit scaling by 0.25.

Viego has been quite popular across elos and over the patches his winrate has also dropped overall.

Akshan is getting a number of bug fixes and a nerf on his Heroic Swing (E). Amumu’s tankiness is getting nerfed, with reductions to his base health and armor.

Gangplank is getting crit adjustments with his Parrrley (Q) now counting as a ranged basic attack and Powder Keg (E) is getting a buff. Gangplank can now deploy up to five barrels at max level and benefits from crit strike at 125% effectiveness. Lucian has gone through a small update adding a new ability to his passive. His base AD was nerfed by 2 and mana cost on Ardent Blaze (W) were reduced. His allies can proc Lucian’s new passive ability, Vigilance, that empowers his next two basic attacks when buffed by them. However the champion’s ultimate is getting nerfed.

Among the nerfed champions, Graves’ Q mana cost is up, Irelia’s Q healing is down, Leona W’s bonus armor/MR has been nerfed and Zed’s Q damage scaling is down. Jungle Ekko got a buff with more passive damage to monsters, Evelynn’s ultimate cooldown has been reduced, Nami’s base health has been increased, and W Mana costs are down.
