TNC Predator Parts With Captain Febby and Carry YoungGod
TNC Predator has announced that it is parting ways with Kim "Febby" Yong-min and Levi "YoungGod" Lagaret, with the third and final tour of the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021/22 scheduled to kick off in just over a week. The team has had a rather lackluster year so far, and is now seemingly attempting to reinvigorate the team with fresh additions to the team.
Febby and YoungGod leave TNC Predator after a 6 month stint
Febby and YoungGod were introduced to TNC Predator’s roster prior to the kick off of the 2021/22 DPC season, after the team released its previous roster which featured some of the biggest stars in SEA including Timothy John "Tims" Randrup, Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios, and Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte Santos.
The team had a terrible start to the 2021/22 DPC season, finishing in last place and ended up getting relegated to the Lower Division of the SEA DPC after the conclusion of Tour 1. The team did not fare well in Tour 2 as well, only managing a 5th place finish. Being relegated to the second division will prevent TNC from qualifying for the next major since the team will first need to work its way up to the first division. This situation could have led to the management deciding to shake things up with the roster.
“Today we are announcing the departure of YoungGod and Febby from our current roster,” said TNC Predator in the announcement of these roster changes. “Both of them are without a doubt hard-working team players who show exceptional skills individually and great dedication to the team.”
TNC has also indicated that it will finalize its Tour 3 roster shortly. For now, the TNC Predator roster is depleted to three players:
Yuri Dave "Yowe" Pacaña
Jun "Bok" Kanehara
Juan Carlo "BDz" Manalo
The organization will have to finalize its roster before the transfer season concludes on May 29th (Sunday).
